Gluten free, protein packed and easy enough to make before the coffee kicks in. With just a few basic ingredients, you get a warm, chewy bagel that fuels your day. I served mine with bacon, eggs, and tomato and it tasted like a café breakfast without leaving home.

Ingredients
Makes 4 bagels
1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill 1:1)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg (optional for egg wash)
Bagel toppings you like (everything seasoning, sesame seeds, cinnamon sugar, etc. This is also optional, I kept mine plain.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in Greek yogurt until a soft dough forms.
Lightly flour your hands, divide dough into 4 pieces, roll into ropes, and form into bagels.
Brush with egg wash if you want a shiny finish.
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until lightly golden and set.
Cool a few minutes before slicing.
