Cherry Almond Hormone-Support Smoothie

A high-protein, no-cook summer lifesaver for midlife women

It is hot.

What’s In It (Serves 1):

  • 1 cup frozen dark cherries

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Prime Protein (I use this daily — see why below)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or use coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder or raw cacao (totally optional, but makes it extra rich and chocolatey)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • Handful of ice (optional)

Quick Instructions:

  1. Add everything to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass, top with chia seeds or sliced almonds if you’re feeling extra, and enjoy.

Want it thicker?

If you like smoothies you can eat with a spoon, reduce the almond milk to ¾ cup and add extra ice. You can also throw in frozen cauliflower or zucchini (yes really) for added fiberand thickness… no taste, I promise.
