Healthy Peach Protein Shake with Greek Yogurt (35g Protein)

There is something about the last days of summer that call for a refreshing, light, and fruity recipe. While pumpkin season is right around the corner, August and September are still perfect for enjoying sweet, juicy peaches. If you are looking for a simple, protein-packed way to fuel your day, this Peach Protein Shake is about to become your go-to.

As a 51 year old woman focused on health and energy, I love recipes that keep me full without feeling heavy. This shake has it all: sweetness from ripe peaches, creaminess from Greek yogurt and banana, and a big hit of protein to help you meet your goals.

Here is what makes it even better. It uses my favorite protein powder: Prime Protein. I have been trying different protein powders for over ten years. This one is unlike most powders that are full of fillers. It is made from 100% grass-fed beef protein. It is clean, gentle on digestion, and makes smoothies creamy and delicious. I recommend the vanilla flavor for this recipe since it blends perfectly with fruit.

This shake is perfect post-workout, as a breakfast on-the-go, or as an afternoon pick-me-up when you are tempted to raid the pantry. It is also the perfect refuel before or after a pickleball match, a strength workout, or even a long walk.

Pro Tip: Stock up on fresh peaches now, slice them, and freeze them so you can make this shake long after peach season ends.
