Banana Bread Protein Overnight Oats

If you're anything like me, the last thing you want to do during the dog days of summer is cook breakfast.

That's why overnight oats are one of my favorite meal prep breakfasts this time of year. They're cold, refreshing, easy to grab on your way out the door, and most importantly—they actually keep you full.

The secret? Protein.

This recipe packs about 35 grams of protein, which means you're not hungry an hour later or trying to play catch-up with your protein intake for the rest of the day. Starting your morning with a high-protein breakfast makes it so much easier to stay consistent with your nutrition goals.

Why I Love This Recipe

  • 35 grams of protein per serving

  • Perfect for meal prep

  • Great for busy mornings

  • Tastes like banana bread

  • Naturally gluten-free when made with certified gluten-free oats

  • Easy to customize with your favorite toppings
