Here’s a quick circuit on the bench for ya! All you need is a heavy plate (could also use a Barbell, Dumbbell or Med ball instead of the plate.) Try to do 3-4 sets.
A medicine ball workout is a great total body circuit with emphasis on your core. I like to incorporate fun quick workouts like this when I’m traveling or at a gym that is crowded or has limited equipment. I also incorporate these moves into my Bootcamp class I teach to vary up the equipment. Try this one by doing five rounds of the circuit. 30 seconds on and 15 seconds recovery to keep your heart rate up! Rest one minute in between each circuit. The workout should last approx. 30 minutes!
